Today I’m headed to the All Things Silhouette Conference in Peachtree City, GA! You may remember me writing about the April 2016 conference in this post. Needless to say, I’m pretty excited to spend the weekend seeing old friends, making new ones, and attending some great classes. I know I’ll be inspired and will come home ready to share what I’ve learned.
A fun part of each conference is the “swap”. Anyone is welcome to join in, no matter what their experience level. The rules are pretty simple – items must be created using a Silhouette Cameo, Curio, or Mint and you only take as many items as you bring. For example if you bring 5 items to share, you take home 5. If you bring 50, you take home 50. Almost 120 people are signed up for this swap but I know the actual number of participants will be higher, since pre-registration is not required.
I plan to join in and look forward to seeing what everyone brings. As for my own creation, I can’t spill the beans just yet. The actual swap takes place during the lunch break on Saturday and I promise to post pictures and a complete tutorial at that time.
I hope you like what you see!
