We’re only a couple of days into 2019 and it is already shaping up to be a very busy year! I couldn’t be more excited about that because I love helping people learn more about their Silhouette machines as we create beautiful things together.

Here’s a run-down of the classes and workshops I’ll be teaching during the first few months of the year:

Local Classes & Workshops

Creative Cutters

Creative Cutters is a way to learn about the many uses for the Silhouette machines and connect with other crafters in the East Texas area. You don’t have to own a machine to participate and there’s no need to bring your laptop because everything is pre-cut for you. There is no charge to attend, but if you’d like to complete the monthly project, there is a small kit fee.

    1. Hi Avus! Welcome to the “club” 🙂 !!! Are you local to me? If so, then the answer is YES! I’ll be announcing the dates for my next classes very soon. If you’re not local to me, let me know where you’re located and I’ll see if I can put you in touch with someone nearby!

  1. Hello, I live in Whittier, CA
I really would love to take a class. Do you know of any classes in my area?

    1. I’m sorry, Trish, but I don’t. I (and some of
my fellow instructors) do teach private lessons via FaceTime/video, but it’s always better if you can take part in a hands-on class. Have you considered attending the All Things Silhouette Conference or a retreat?

  2. Hi Pam! I wish you lived closer to me because I’d love for you to be able to participate! There’s no comparison to a hands-on class or a get-together with fellow crafters. Have you thought about attending the All Things Silhouette Conference or a weekend retreat? Maybe you could start a group in your area? There might only be 2-3 to start with but as word gets out I’m sure it would grow. Please let me know if I can help you in any way!

    1. Thank you! I have considered going to the retreat, it sounds great, possibly next year.
I would like to start a “silhouette get together” in my area, just not sure there are silhouetters in the San Diego area.

      1. I think it would be great if you could find some other Silhouette users in your area and start a group. Maybe there’s a craft store in your area where you could post a flyer. Or perhaps a local library or community center? Let me know if I can help!

        1. Hi Joy! I wish you were a little closer so you could join in on one of my classes! Unfortunately I don’t know of any other Silhouette instructors in California, but maybe you could check with your local craft or fabric store. Or maybe you’d like to attend the All Things Silhouette Conference in Peachtree City, GA? It’s so much fun and you will learn a lot and make plenty of new Silhouette friends!!!

  3. I would love to attend and be with people who love their silhouette as much as I love mine and the vast amount of creative projects I can do.
I live in the San Diego area. I wish there were classes closer to me.
