First things first, my name is Lycia (pronounced “Leesha”) and I LOVE my Silhouette!

I’ve been crafting since I was eight years old – maybe younger. I sew, crochet, knit, and embroider. I’ve painted, quilled, decorated cakes, and scrapbooked. And while I still enjoy many of those hobbies, nothing else has come close to creating the enthusiasm and excitement I have for my Cameo!!!

I bought my first machine in March 2013 to help save time when prepping crafts for my preschool Bible class. From the very first cut I was hooked. To say that the Silhouette has exceeded my expectations would be an understatement!!! Together we have created not only a multitude of Bible class projects but we’ve also planned two weddings, made numerous gifts, designed cards, cut stencils for sandblasting, cut fabric for applique & quilts, etched jewelry, created rubber stamps, and so much more!

In April 2016 I attended my first Silhouette conference. Within days of arriving back home to Texas, I knew I wanted to share my Silhouette knowledge with others, teaching and instilling confidence in them in hopes that they would love and enjoy their machines as much as I do.

My Silhouette family currently includes the Cameos 1, 2, 3, and 4, Portrait 2, Mint, Curio, and Alta (along with a Glowforge and sublimation printer!). I am constantly trying new techniques, experimenting with new materials, and thinking about different ways to use my machines. I look forward to sharing the love with you!!!
