Aloha! I’m writing this to you from the shores of Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii where I’m attending Silhouette Summit!
If you’re not familiar with Silhouette Summit, it is Silhouette America’s yearly partner event where they announce all the new and and exciting products coming in the next few months. When I began my Silhouette journey in 2013, I never could’ve imagined I’d be part of such an exciting event, but when I and three of my fellow Terri Johnson Creates instructors were presented with the opportunity, we jumped at the chance!
2019 marks Silhouette’s 10th anniversary and what a BIG year it is!!! Julie Huggins, Elly Habets, Libby Ashcraft and I are having a wonderful time seeing the new products in action, taking classes, and talking with those who are directly involved in the creation of these products and software.
While we’ve been asked to keep some things under wraps for now, I can tell you a few things on the horizon:
Cameo 4
This may be the most exciting machine released in Silhouette history! With its increased force and speed, the Cameo 4 is slated to be an industry leader. There will be some new tools released in conjunction with this machine as well. Oh, and did I mention the sheet feeder and matless cutting??? Yep, it’s true!
Cameo Plus and Cameo Pro
Not only has Silhouette created a faster and stronger machine but they’re giving you an option to go BIGGER as well! The Cameo Plus offers a 15″ cutting width and the Cameo Pro will cut up to 20″ wide. These machines are an absolute game-changer!
New products, exciting software updates, and MORE!
I’m not gonna spill (all) the beans on any of these just yet, but I will tell you that there are some things coming that I’ve waited a long time for and I am absolutely THRILLED to put them into action. I promise to share more info with you as soon as I can!

They really are Jerri! The Silhouette Cameo 4 is slated to be the fastest, strongest digital cutter on the home craft market. I can’t wait until it’s released!
